About Us
W. Randall Cline, DDS
Hailing from Kannapolis, North Carolina, Dr. W. Randall Cline graduated with a bachelor's degree in dentistry in 1975. He then earned his DDS at University of North Carolina, School of Dentistry. His private practice has moved from Statesville to Charlotte to Monroe, but has been serving patients since 1979.
Dr. Cline is a graduate of The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He serves as president of the Metrolina Dental Society and in 2004 received the Enquirer-Journal’s Reader's Choice Award for Favorite Dentist in Union County. Dr. Cline holds membership in the Metrolina Dental Society, the North Carolina Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He pursued continuing education for dental implants through the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, through which he attained a fellowship.
For 29 wonderful years, Dr. Cline has been married to Ann, and they have three children: Scott, Mary, and Emily. When he isn't creating spectacular smiles, Dr. Cline enjoys playing tennis or running.
Beth Morrow Loflin, Front Desk Administrator
Beth earned a degree in business administration from Wingate University. She has been an important part of our team for 17 years. Beth enjoys greeting our patients and seeing their beautiful smiles year after year.
When she isn't running our office, Beth likes to spend time at the beach with her husband, Brad.
Kathryn Myers, RDH, CDA, BS
Working in dentistry for seven years has given Kathryn the experience and expertise that our patients want from their dental hygienist. Kathryn earned her dental assisting certificate and was awarded student of the year at CPCC in 1998. She then continued her education, receiving a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene. Education has been an important part of her life for years, so Kathryn enjoys sharing her knowledge with our patients.
She and her husband, Chuck, have one son, Trey, and one daughter, Ava. Kathryn is a soccer and dance mom, and she enjoys volunteering at Fairview elementary as a grade mom.
Barbara Ford, RDH, BS
Barbara earned her associate's of science degree in dental hygiene and a bachelor's degree in business. She has 17 years of experience educating the public about dental hygiene. Barbara joined our team five years ago, and she enjoys helping Dr. Cline and his patients.
When not at work, she and her husband are running their two teenage daughters around, trying to have some quiet time to enjoy yoga, walking, or reading.
Marena Martin, CDA, CDPMA, RDA - Dental Assistant
Marena attended Pacific College in San Diego, where she earned her certification in dental assisting and dental practice management. She is a registered dental assistant in California and Texas and holds membership in the ADAA and NCDAA. Continuing education is important to Marena because she believes that Dr. Cline's patients deserve the latest and best dental care available. She appreciates the atmosphere of growth and learning in our dental office.
After hours, Marena spends quality time with her high-school-aged daughter. She also enjoys good books, watching movies, and family.
Tiffany Beheler, DAII - Dental Assistant
Tiffany earned her dental assistant certification at CPCC and has worked in dentistry for six years. She considers building beautiful smiles and optimizing our patients' oral health a rewarding, fulfilling career.
Spending time with her husband and four daughters keeps Tiffany busy after hours.
Meghan Shipes, CDA - Dental Assistant
Since earning her CDA at CPCC, Meghan has worked in dentistry for more than five years, two of which she has spent assisting Dr. Cline. Meghan particularly enjoys the knowledge that she is helping people gain confidence through improved oral health and beauty. She also likes working with our talented and cooperative team.
When she goes home after a day of dental assisting, Meghan spends quality time with her husband and three daughters. She documents the girls' lives and expresses her creativity through scrapbooking.
